MCA Extends Due Date for Filing Annual Financial Returns (AOC-4)

Due to scheduled upgrades on the MCA21 portal, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has decided to extend the filing deadline for Form AOC-4 and AOC-4 XBRL. Companies can now file their annual financial disclosures without any additional penalty fees for another 30 days past the statutory due date.
