Revised TDS Rates on Tech Services Provided by Non-Residents

The Income Tax Department has adjusted TDS rates for fees paid for professional or technical services provided by foreign contractors. The standard rate is set to 2% for specified online consulting entities, aligning local regulations with active Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements (DTAA).
